Dragons members - Please note there is a separate event for you to sign up as an individual to be in a Dragons team, where we will organise teams for you.

About filling out the form:

As previously, we have caps on each division. If your preferred division(s) are full, please register on the waiting list (see link underneath where you select your team's division). We expect some from the waiting list will get into the tournament, so don't delay - those earliest on the waiting list will have priority.

If registering more than one team, note that the form requires each team to be registered separately. Note that:
- Many of the details are retained from your first nomination to streamline the process for you.
- You may pay for all teams in one go after registering all teams, if you wish.
